Shipping

All local orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for all orders.

• Orders below 30 BHD: 1.2 BHD delivery fee
• Orders 30 BHD and above: Free delivery

Delivery fees and minimum order thresholds may be updated at any time.

We will contact you via text message or WhatsApp using the phone number provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all GCC countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Not Just Beans is not responsible for these charges.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds exclude return shipping costs.
