- Produced by Baho Coffee, led by Emmanuel Rusatira, who founded the company to improve the livelihood of small coffee farmers
- The Muzo Washing Station is run in partnership with Baho Coffee and provides premium prices to farmers for high-quality cherries, alongside agricultural and social programs
Espresso Brew Recipe:
- Ground coffee weight: 18-20g
- Beverage yield: 40-32g (depending on cup size)
- Brew temperature: 90-93°C
Expect a cup with fruity and sweet notes, balanced by a smooth and rich caramel finish.
